		<description>There are two strange things about my ads in one scenario I created: first, they seem to want to have negative cost, which kind of reverses their strategic role (as in, if the cost coefficient is positive then a candidate gains money when running the add and if the cost coefficient is negative they lost money!); second, they so far appear to have absolutely no impact whatsoever on momentum!</description>
