You can edit existing parties or create new ones.
Parties
- Up: Move the selected party up in the list. This determines the order the parties appear when starting a new game.
- Dn: Move the selected party down in the list. This determines the order the parties appear when starting a new game.
- Edit: Opens the Edit Selected Party dialog box.
- Relations: Opens the Party Relations dialog box.
- New: Opens the Edit Selected Party dialog box to create a new party.
- Remove: Removes the party from the campaign. Note: if you remove the party, you cannot undo this action.

Hi, I actually have a problem with creating a new party leader…it seems as though whenever I create a party leader and set his home state, it always defaults back to Alabama. Is this a bug? Is there a way to fix it?
