This section allows you to set the initial relations between candidates in the game, and set some general options for what is allowed for player relations in the game.
General Scenario Options
- Endorsement Offers: Whether players can make offers to Endorse another player or have another player Endorse them.
- Non-Aggression Offers: Whether players can make Non-Aggression Pacts with other players.
- Vice-Presidential Offers: Whether players can make offers to become or have another player become a Vice-Presidential candidate.
