- Chance Issue Center Moves: The chance that this issue’s center moves left or right across the nation.
- Distance Issue Center Moves: The distance that this issue’s center moves. For example, if the center moved 1, it could go from Center to Center-Left, or Right to Far-Right.
- Target Issue Center: If the issue center moves, this is what it moves towards. 1 = Far-Left, 2 = Left, 3 = Center-Left, 4 = Center, 5 = Center-Right, 6 = Right, and 7 = Far-Right. For example, if the Distance Issue Center Moves is 2, and the center is currently Center-Left, and the Target is Left, then it will change to Left. It is currently Center, it will also move to Left. If it is Far-Right, it will move to Center-Right.
