Is it actually possible to invent new activities?
Otherwise I don’t see the point of “new activity” feature, you can change EP/money/CP costs of the activities but can’t say what they’ll do.
For example if I wanted to create two Barn-storming activities: one more casual, lower cost and risk and another more effective but exhausting - how would I do that?
Yes, it’s possible to invent new activities.
You can’t specify novel functionality, but you can create something like you are describing above. For example,
Barnstorming Normal = Cost 500, Energy Points 2, Command Points 2, Base Power 1, Chance of News 10
Barnstorming Heavy = Cost 1000, Energy Points 10, Command Points 3, Base Power 2, Chance of News 20
