If you are making an offer to a computer player, the chance of that player accepting the offer is displayed on the right side of the Offers screen.
Each time an offer is made, it costs 2 CPs.
Once you have selected the sort of offer you would like to make, click the ‘Offer’ button to add the offer to your offers queue. If you would like to remove it before the end of the turn, select the offer from the list of offers at the bottom of the screen, and then click the ‘Remove’ button.
On the top of the screen are 5 buttons. They set what you will offer to the other player.
- Offer Political Influence Points (PIPs). Increases chance computer player will accept offer, but will decrease the PIPs you have if the offer is accepted. You can left click on this button to increase the number offered, right click to decrease the number offered. If the other player does not accept the offer, the PIPs you have offered will be returned to your PIPs count. You can simultaneously offer PIPs and other things. If you just offer PIPs, it will increase your relations with the other player.
- Offer Non-Aggression Pact. Non-Aggression Pacts last 20 turns. During that time, neither candidate can attack the other. There is no way to cancel a Non-Aggression Pact once it has been entered into.
- Offer Veep spot. If the other player accepts, they will become your Vice-Presidential candidate.
- Offer to Endorse. If the other player accepts, you will endorse them and be removed from the race.
- Offer to Withdraw. If the other player accepts, you will be removed from the race.
Near the bottom of the screen are another 5 buttons. They set what you will get in return from the other player.

- As for their withdrawal. If the other player accepts the offer, they will withdraw from the race.
